EARLY TESTIMONIALS

In the very early days of The Amazing Zoo Game, one of the most important steps was simply getting it into real families’ hands. I knew the idea had potential, but I also knew that nothing beats watching kids actually play — seeing their reactions, listening to their chatter, and noticing the moments that make them light up. So, armed with my trusty homemade mock‑up, I visited family, friends, friends of friends, work colleagues… anyone willing to give it a go.

Those first sessions were incredibly encouraging. Time after time, games ended with the same excited chorus from the kids: “Can we play again!” As any parent knows, that’s the ultimate review. It gave me the confidence to keep going.

Fast forward to today (February 2026). With the professionally produced game finally in hand — and with a real desire to share it with as many families as possible — I hit the road again. My first stop was the Blunt family: Amy and her two gorgeous kids, Carter (10) and Charlee (7).

The kids were buzzing from the moment the box came out. Within minutes they were navigating the maze, laughing at the twists and turns, and proudly reading out the animal fun facts. It was one of those games where anyone could have won… and Carter took the victory in the end.

Afterwards, Amy shared this lovely testimonial:

We absolutely loved this game! It was fun from the first round and easy enough for my kids to learn quickly. The competition stayed healthy and light-hearted which is always a positive and the fun facts were a great bonus that kept everyone engaged. Getting the kids to try read the facts themselves was also great for their learning and increasing their reading skills, my daughter especially loved it, which made it even more special. A perfect game for family time. The kids wanted to keep playing even when they didn't win the previous game which was a welcomed change to games night.”

Hearing feedback like this — especially from busy parents who want something their kids can enjoy together — means the world to me. It reminds me why I started this journey in the first place: to create a game that brings families together, sparks curiosity, and gives kids a break from screens while still keeping them completely engaged.

And this is only the beginning. I can’t wait to share more stories from families discovering The Amazing Zoo Game for the first time.
